TERMS OF SERVICE

I. CONDUCT
- All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is submitted.
- Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.
- Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or canceled.
- I have the right to decline a commission request if I feel like I am not a good fit for the artwork requested.II. PAYMENT
- Commissions under $100 must be paid in full within 1 week of receiving the invoice unless otherwise stated.
- Commissions over $100 may be paid in installments which are agreed upon by both parties.
- Payment in cryptocurrencies will not be accepted.
- Payment will be requested only via PayPal or Square invoicing.III. PROCESS
- Commissions are generally expected to take anytime from 2 weeks to 1 month from full payment to complete depending on complexity and real life circumstances.
- If there are any circumstances that delay commission completion, the client will be informed.IV. REVISIONS
- The subject of the commission cannot be changed after payment has been submitted.
- A maximum of 3 major revisions are given during the sketch stage free of charge. Further revisions will result in fees proportional to the additional workload ($5 minimum).
- No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY
- The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at any time.
- 50% will be refunded if the commission is cancelled before the approval of the sketch phase. No refunds will be issued once the sketch is approved.
- If the client ceases contact for over 1 month, the commission will be considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.
- Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal action may be taken.VI. COPYRIGHT + USAGE
- Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.
- Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.
- The artist reserves full rights to the work produced.
- Art may not be used for NFTs or be used to train AI programs.
- All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Commercial use licenses can be provided for additional fees and negotiation.
- Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.By commissioning me, you agree to all terms.Terms of Service updated on: July 5, 2023

OC Log 1 (2021 Release)

A zine featuring some of my favorite male OCs (because I have way too many of them)! This zine will feature a full illustration of each OC with a corresponding profile and 'interview'.This is my first zine and there's a lot to learn about how to properly format pages for print and looking into places to print etc., but I hope to make something I can look back on and be proud of. In the future, I want to run OC zines so others can share their OCs' stories too!
